A member needs to complete, sign and return a pre-engineering agreement with the corresponding fees. After receipt of the agreement and fees the line staking technician will arrange for an inspection of the project. For any service improvement or new construction on a permanent site, the line staking technician will determine the cost of the project. Depending on the projections, the member may have to contribute to the cost of the project.
