Hawkeye is a member of:
- Professional Developers of Iowa (PDI)
- Winneshiek County Development Corporation
- Howard County Development Corporation
- New Hampton Industrial Development Corporation
Hawkeye works with these groups to help provide incentives to prospective industries including low-interest loans through our economic development revolving loan fund.
In order to be eligible for an economic development loan, the business or industry must currently be located or planning to locate in Hawkeye’s service territory. This includes all of Howard and Winneshiek Counties as well as the northern half of Chickasaw County and portions of Allamakee, Fayette and Mitchell Counties.
