Youth Tour Application Process
Want to win a FREE trip to Washington, D.C. June 12-17, 2010

Please print and fill out the form below and return it to Hawkeye, Attention: Youth Tour Program.

Once you have submitted your application, we will send you study materials and an open book exam. Please complete the enclosed exam OR download the exam below, fill electronically or by hand, print and mail to Hawkeye. For questions please email cchristensen@hawkeyerec.com or call (563) 547-3801.

Deadline is March 1, 2010

The five students with top scores will qualify for the final examination and judging to take place on Wednesday, March 10 at 6:30 pm. Judges will select the winner of the Washington D.C. trip and an alternate.

Requirements:

• High School sophomore or junior
• Parents/Guardians must be Hawkeye REC members
