Once you have submitted your application, we will send you study materials and an open book exam. Please complete the enclosed exam OR download the exam below, fill electronically or by hand, print and mail to Hawkeye. For questions please email info@hawkeyerec.com or call (563)547-3801.

The five students with top scores will qualify for the final examination and judging. Judges will select the winner of the Washington D.C. trip and an alternate.

Requirements:

• High School sophomore or junior
• Parents/Guardians must be Hawkeye REC members
