Banana Split Dessert
Graham cracker crust
4-5 bananas
1/2 gallon Neapolitan ice cream (slightly softened to spread)
Walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 pint cool whip
Place graham cracker crust in a 9 X 13 pan. Reserve some for top. Slice bananas on top of crust. Put ice cream on top of that and spread. Sprinkle nuts on ice cream. Place in freezer until firm. Next, melt chocolate chips in butter, add evaporated milk, sugar; cook until thick. Add vanilla. Cool. Spread over ice cream and nuts. Place in freezer until firm. Put cool whip on top and sprinkle on the rest of the graham cracker crumbs. Freeze.
