BEEF WITH CELERY AND SOUP MIX - STIR FRY
1 c. or 1/4 lb. round steak (cubed)
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. wine
Salt
1/2 pkg. (1/2 oz.) Lipton Onion & Mushroom Soup Mix
3 stalks celery (sliced diagonally)
2 c. zucchini
3 T. water
3 T. oil
(1) Marinate cubed beef in soy sauce, wine, and salt. Assemble other ingredients.
(2) Heat oil in wok to smoking point. (Use high heat for all.) Stir-fry beef & Lipton soup and mix about 3 minutes. Remove beef & soup mix to platter. Add zucchini, celery and 3 T. of water to wok. Stir-fry about 4 minutes, cover wok about 2 minutes. Add beef back to wok, stir-fry all ingredients about one minute. Place all in platter. Serves 3-4.
Note: If desired, a corn starch solution may be made to form gravy with this dish.
