Quick & Easy Pasta
1 (16 oz. pkg.) large macaroni shells
1 (16 oz. pkg.) sour cream
Large can of spaghetti sauce (may add onion, green pepper or mushrooms)
1 ½ lb. ground beef
2 c. mozzarella cheese (or more)
Cook macaroni shells, drain, and cool. Mix sour cream with shells and pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Cook ground beef. Drain if needed and add spaghetti sauce. Pour all over the shells and put cheese on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350º.
