“All-in-One” Hamburger Casserole
Layers:
Potatoes (peel and slice)
Carrots (peel and slice)
1 lb. ground beef (fried with onion)
1 lb. bag frozen peas (uncooked)
Mix Together:
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 c. ketchup
Use 9 inch casserole dish. Layer potatoes and carrots in bottom half of casserole. Drain the ground beef of fat and layer ground beef over potatoes and carrots. Layer peas next, mix tomato soup, water and ketchup and pour over top. Bake at 350º partially covered until potatoes and carrots are tender, approximately 1 hour.
Inexpensive and great left over!
