Apple Pecan Turkey Stuffing
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans condensed chicken broth
1 pkg. (16 oz) herb seasoned stuffing
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped toasted pecans
In saucepan, in hot butter, cook onions and celery until tender, stirring occasionally. Add broth. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add stuffing, apples and pecans; toss to mix.
Use to stuff a 14 to 18 lb. turkey following directions on turkey packaging or spoon into greased 12" X 8" baking dish. Cover; bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until hot.
