Beef Aujus
1 (4-5 lb.) beef roast (a rump roast works well)
1 (10 oz..) pkg. au jus mix
1 pkg. zesty Italian mix
1 can beef broth
Mix broth, Italian mix, and au jus mix. Pour over beef roast and set at low setting for 8 - 10 hours. To serve, remove roast and shred meat and place on buns and use the juice for dipping sandwich. Smells incredible!!!
