| Broccoli Soup
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. chicken broth or 2 bouillon cubes
1/2 c. broccoli
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1/8 t. salt & pepper
Melt butter and mix in flour. Add chicken broth or bouillon. Cook over medium heat until it thickens slightly. Add milk, cheese, salt, pepper and 1/2 c. or more cooked broccoli.
