Caramel Apple Pie
10 Kraft caramels, cut into quarters
3 C. chopped cooking apples
2tsp. lemon juice
9 inch regular Pet Ritz frozen pie crust
1/3 C. Flour
2/3 C. caramel ice cream topping
pecan pieces
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Preheat baking sheet. Combine caramels and flour. Add apples caramel ice cream topping and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into frozen pie shell and sprinkle pecan pieces. Bake on preheated baking sheet 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
