Cheese Ball
2 ( 8 oz. pkgs.) cream cheese
1 ( 8 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients. Shape into a large ball and roll in 2 c. pecans, finely chopped.
Red, green and yellow peppers add color. Onions may be sauteed in 1 T. butter. Serve with crackers.
