Chicken Supreme
This recipe is one of my family's favorites. I make this the night before when I know I am going to have a busy day, then dinner is made and ready to just pop in the oven.
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 c. cooked chicken
2 small cans cream of chicken
2 c. of milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 T. softened butter or margarine
1/2 pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Spray baking dish
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
Bake 350º for 60-90 minutes
Bake covered with tin foil until the last 15 minutes or so to brown the top
