Chili For A Crowd
2 lbs. ground hamburger
1 lb. ground pork
1 med. diced onion
2 stalks diced celery
1 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (not drained)
2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
1/4 t. pepper
2 t. chili powder
Brown ground beef, pork, onions, and celery in pan until cooked. Add to stock pot of remaining ingredients. Stir and cook over low heat.
