| Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. choc. chips
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in bowl. Beat applesauce, sugars and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add eggs, beat well and then add flour mixture. Stir in choc. chips. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick baking spray or use Reynolds release aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until brown. Let stand for 2 minutes and cool on wire racks.
These cookies are a bit spongy, but if you store them in the freezer and eat them frozen they are great!
