Coffee Cake
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 reg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. water
Mix together for 8 minutes
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
Sprinkle ½ of the topping over ½ of the batter in 9x13 pan.
Add remainder of the batter and top with rest of the topping.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Frosting:
1c.powdered sugar
2 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
