| Company Turkey Noodle Bake
8 oz. wide noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
2-3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. sliced olives
1/3 c. onion
3 c. diced turkey
Cracker crumbs
Cook noodles, rinse in cold water. Mix next 4 ingredients, heat. Beat cheese together and stir in olives and onion. Put 1/2 of noodles in greased 7x11 dish. Spread on 1/2 of cheese mixture, 1/2 of turkey, and 1/2 of soup mixture. Repeat layers, top with crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes.
