| Cool Summer Strawberry Dessert
1 Angel food cake
2 (3 oz. pkgs.) strawberry Jello
16 oz. box frozen strawberries
1 large tub of cool whip
2 c. boiling water
Tear the angel food cake in bite size pieces into a 9x13 cake pan. Mix the 2-boxes of Jello with the 2 c. of boiling water. Add the box of partially thawed strawberries. Stir and let thicken. Add 3/4 of the cool whip. Fold together and pour over cut-up cake. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate until serving.
