| Corn Relish
18 ears of corn (cut from the cob)
3 green peppers (chopped)
4 large onions (chopped)
1 large head of cabbage (chopped fine)
2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
1 pt. vinegar
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup canning salt
Mix all together and boil for 20 minutes. Put into sterile pans and seal.
