Cranberry Chicken
6-8 boneless chicken breasts
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
White rice
Spray a 9X13 baking dish. Combine cranberry sauce, Russian dressing and onion soup mix. Place chicken in dish and cover with mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Serve with white rice.
