Cranberry Coffee Cake
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. almond flavoring
Mix in by hand:
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
Pour ½ batter in greased 9x13 pan. Spread 1 can whole cranberry sauce and then dot with remaining batter. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
Glaze:
Powdered sugar, milk and cap of almond flavoring. Drizzle over cake and sprinkle on slivered almonds.
