Mac ‘n’ Cheese
8 oz. macaroni (cooked and drained)
2 T. oil
13 oz. evaporated milk
1½ c. milk
1 t. salt
3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ c. margarine (melted)
2 T. minced onion (optional)
Toss cooked macaroni in oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. The Best!
