Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. mini chocolate chips
Combine all dry ingredients. Combine bananas, oil and egg in a second bowl. Stir the contents of the second bowl into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
