Earthquake Cake
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut
1 Choc. or German Choc. Cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3-1/2 c. powdered sugar
Sprinkle pecans & coconut on bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Mix cake as directed on box. Pour over nuts & coconut.
Combine butter, cream cheese & powdered sugar, drop by spoonfuls over top of cake. Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees or until done. Doesn't need frosting. Can serve with Cool Whip instead.
