Egg Sandwich Spread
3 hard-boiled eggs
5 T. mayo
¼ lb. bacon (cooked)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chives (Chopped)
Sliced Onion (Chopped)
Grate eggs and bacon together. Add salt and pepper and mayo. Decorate with chopped chives or sliced bacon. Spread over bread or toast.
