Freezer Tomato Sauce
20 large tomatoes
4 large onions
4 large carrots (shredded)
2 stalks celery (diced)
1 green pepper
2 T. sugar
1 t. pepper
1 T. salt
Cook until thick and let cool. Put in blender, then freeze or put in jars for hot water bath.
NOTE: Add oregano to this and it makes great spaghetti sauce.
