Graham Streusel Cake
1 butter pecan cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
In a separate bowl mix:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (24 squares)
¾ c. brown sugar
¾ c. butter
¾ c. walnuts (chopped).
Put 2½ c. cake mix batter (about half of it) in a buttered 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with half the crumbs, then rest of batter and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool and drizzle with glaze.
Glaze
1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. water
1 t. vanilla
ENJOY!!!! We love this cake! It is simple to make, and has every day ingredients in it. We think it gets better every day!
