Grilled Pork Chops 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 garlic clove 6 - 1” thick chops
Set aside 1/3 c. for basting. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
