Red Red Salad
2 (3 0z.) pkgs. raspberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (10 0z.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 (16 0z.) can jellied cranberry sauce or whole berry cranberry sauce.
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Add raspberries and cranberry sauce.
Beat with an egg beater. Place in mold or pan and chill.
Variations:
- Add 1 t. lemon juice
- Cranberries mix in better if beaten first separately.
