Hot Sausage Cheese Dip
Large crock pot
2 lbs. Italian sausage
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
2 lbs. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jar salsa (whatever strength you like)
Brown sausage and hamburger and mix in soup. Put in crock pot. Layer cheese and salsa and cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring a couple times to blend.
