Impossible Quiche
3 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Dash of pepper
Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into either a greased quiche pan or 10 in. pie plate. Add your favorite toppings such as ham, bacon, onions, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, etc. Spread over quiche top and press gently below surface with back of spoon. Pie should be full to the brim. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
