| Kidney Bean Salad
16 oz. can kidney beans, drain & rinse
2 celery stalks, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 T. oil
1 T. honey
1 T. cider vinegar
Cook onion in oil. Add honey and vinegar. Add beans and celery. Chill to blend flavors.
