Meatloaf Parmesan
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 t. Italian seasoning
Mix meat, 1/4 c. spaghetti sauce, bread crumbs, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, onion, egg & seasoning. Shape into loaf in 12 x 8 baking dish. Top with remaining sauce & cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Make 4 servings.
