Caramel Corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
3 to 4 qt. popped popcorn
Microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup for 2 minutes. Add salt and baking soda; stir well. Pour over popcorn and stir. Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring after each minute. When done, spread out on waxed paper in single layer until dry, then place in baggies or airtight container.
