Swedish Meatballs in the Microwave
1 small onion (chopped)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
2 T. milk
1 lb. ground beef
Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
dried parsley
Combine eggs, milk, onion, bread crumbs, and milk. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Cover and microwave on high 10 minutes. Drain juices. Combine soup, sour cream, milk, and parsley. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until heated through. They are delicious over noodles, rice or with fried potatoes.
