Popcorn - M&M's Cake

1 lb. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Melt in microwave until looks like a syrup.

Pop a full pan of popcorn (2-1/2 - 3 bags of microwaveable popcorn) in a large dish pan.

Pour syrup over popcorn & add 1 lb. bag of M & M's. Press into an Angel Food cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam & let set for at least 1 hour, then invert pan upside down & molded cake should fall right out!!!
