Roasted Pepper White Bean Dip
4 oz. (half package) cream cheese
1 can white beans (rinsed and drained)
1 jar roasted red peppers (drained) (about one cup)
Juice from half a lemon
1 clove garlic
Puree everything in a food processer or blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
