Silhouette Pie
20 Oreo cookies (crushed fine)
1/3 c. melted butter
Mix and put into pie tin. Put in refrigerator to get firm while getting other ingredients ready. Save some crumbs for top.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ c. lemon juice
2 T. grated lemon rind
Mix.
Add 1 cup whipping cream (whipped).
Pour into Oreo crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
