Stuffed Pork Chops
6 pork chops
1 bag seasoned croutons
2 t. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Brown chops and put in greased 9X13 pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chops. Cover for part of the time so dressing doesn’t get too crispy. Bake at least 1 hour at 350º. If using Iowa chops, bake for 2 hours at 350º. Leave covered for ¾ of the time.
