Sugar Free Cocoa Mix
2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
½ c. lowfat powdered non-dairy creamer
½ c. baking cocoa
10 packets artificial sweetener (Equivalent to 3 T. sugar)
¾ t. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. For each serving, add 1/3 c. mix to ¾ c. boiling water; stir to dissolve.

Carter Dull
Cresco

This was one of Carter’s favorite things after playing in the snow this winter! Carter is the son of Brad Dull, Hawkeye’s Line Foreman. He was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was 17 months old. Carter is now nine years old and is in the 3rd grade at Notre Dame Elementary School in Cresco. Carter and his family are active in the fight against Juvenile Diabetes. They participate in an annual walk to help raise money for research.
