| Vegetable Medley 1 1/2 quarts of green beans cut up 1 1/2 quarts of carrots sliced thin 1 quart of tomatoes quartered 1 quart of cabbage sliced thin 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery
Mix cold raw vegetables together and pack into jars. Add 1 t. of salt to quart jars and fill with water. Pressure cook at 10# for 25 minutes. A great way to use fresh vegetables from your garden and you can use whatever quantity that you want. Great soup starter.
