Waffle Iron Cookies
1 c. butter or margarine
1½ c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
2 c. flour
½ c. cocoa
Preheat waffle iron to 350. Beat butter or margarine and sugar well, then beat in eggs (one at a time) till light. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Bake in waffle iron 1 tsp. on each square about 70 seconds. Watch so they don’t burn. Frost with chocolate frosting and cover with chopped nuts or M & M’s.
