| Whole Wheat Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed banana
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbs. Veg. Oil
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend egg, bananas, sugar and oil. Add flour mixed with soda and salt, and nuts. Stir until moistened. Spray Pam in muffin cups. Fill cups to about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes.
