Reading Your Meter
Please read your meter around the 25th day of each month and submit to Hawkeye by one of the following methods:

- Record the meter reading(s) on the top portion of the bill and submit with your payment by mail or in person.

- Call the office at (800) 658-2243 or (563) 547-3801
|
You do NOT have to read your meter if the words COOP READ appear on your electric bill. This means an AMR (automated meter reading) meter has been changed at your location and the reading is submitted electronically each month to our office. A notice will be posted when an REC employee has exchanged the meters at your location.
